Who We Are
SPARK is a product brand of DIGITIZE for Investment and Technology (“DIGITIZE”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question, write to contact@sparkfttx.com.
What We Collect
- Information you submit in the contact or quote form: name, company, job title, business email, country, project size, quantity, target start, project details and the product you ask about.
- Technical data needed to deliver the website, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and web-font providers.
- One preference stored on your own device: that you closed the cookie notice.
Why We Use It
To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on your request, and keep the website running and secure.
Legal Basis
Your consent, given in the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries — in line with applicable data-protection law, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
Who Receives It
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit). Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party marketing.
How Long We Keep It
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, then deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to processing by writing to contact@sparkfttx.com.
Transfers and Security
Our service providers may process data outside Egypt; we rely on appropriate safeguards and apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures.
